The next on the list is SerpAPI, again, they are good with the response time of 2.01s.
Their API is stable, in terms of uptime, the only downside if you are tight on pocket would be pricy!!

The developer plan would cost you $75 for 5000 requests, compared this to Scrapingdog, you get 400,000 requests for $40.

3. Newsdata.ioÂ
Newsdata.io is dedicatedly built to get news data. This API has been in the market for quite a long time. The API also gives you historical data, which is good to analyze a topic if you want to dig deeper into it.
In my testing, the response of the API was good.
The pricing starts at $199.99, which again is costly if you are looking to scrape fresh news.
4. ScraperAPIÂ
The next on the List is ScraperAPI.
In my free testing, I found their API not performing so well, the average response time in my requests was going above 7 seconds, with a max of 23 seconds.
I don’t know if this was on my time of testing if the API was not consistent or what, but this is what I got.
For sure shot, I will again test this API after 2,3 days of posting this article.
Their basic plan starts at $ 49 and gives you 4000 news API calls, the credits you get are 100,000 and for each request,t you are charged 25 credits.
5. HasData News API
The last on my list is HasData, it has a dedicated News API.
Tested this on Postman, and the response time is around ~3.3 seconds on average.
For the pricing part, they offer 200,000 credits in a $49 plan and each request to the news endpoint will cost you 5 credits i.e. 40000 requests for news.
