Another week, another round of improvements. Whether you’re a developer building data pipelines or a business owner pulling product data, here’s everything we shipped this week, explained simply.
1. eBay Product API - Missing Data? Fixed.
What happened
Some users noticed that certain product details (like descriptions, prices, or attributes) were randomly missing from eBay Product API responses.
What we did
We tracked down the root cause and fully restored product data retrieval. Both the eBay Search API and the eBay Product API are now working normally with better consistency than before.
What this means for you
If you were seeing gaps in your eBay product data, those are gone now. Your results will be complete and reliable every time.
2. Google Immersive API - Back at 100%
What happened
The Google Immersive API was experiencing issues that caused some scraping requests to fail.
What we did
We resolved the underlying problem. The API is now fully restored and running at a 100% success rate.
3. New Dashboards for Google & Amazon Scraper APIs
What’s new
We introduced brand-new dashboards for two of our most popular APIs:
What this means for you
Setting up requests and configuring parameters is now much easier and more visual. Instead of guessing at options, everything is laid out clearly in one place and great if you prefer a point-and-click experience over raw API calls.
4. X (Twitter) Profile Scraper API - Faster & More Reliable
What’s new
We’ve overhauled the X Profile Scraper API with two major improvements:
- Better response structure, the data you get back is now cleaner and better organised, making it easier to parse and use.
- Significantly faster performance and requests complete much quicker than before.
The API is now running at a 100% success rate with improved reliability. If you scrape X profiles regularly, you’ll notice the difference right away.
5. Amazon Product API - Now Includes Product Videos
What’s new
Amazon product listings often include videos (demos, unboxings, reviews). Until now, you couldn’t access these through our API.
What we did
We added a dedicated video section to the Amazon Product API response. You can now pull product-related videos directly from your API results, no extra steps needed.
What this means for you
If you’re building product pages, comparison tools, or content aggregators, you now have access to richer product media out of the box.
